A number of Maplemor Rotties made a splash at the recent Denver Dog shows
Congratulations to:
Patty Schneidmiller had her veteran boy “Zephyr” ( B litter of Brito x Quantum ) entered at the Peak to Peak Working Dog Specialty and he won his class and showed like a seasoned show dog. Zephyr is 9 1/2 yrs old now………..
Patty also had her young man “Gibbs” ( Wynstone co-breeding of Hugo x Ava ) entered and received RWD one day with Laura Wright Smith handling him.
Chuck and cousin “Albany” ( Brooklyn daughter ) were entered all 4 days at the agility trials and they have made such huge strides running like a team. It will be fun to see them again at the upcoming ARC National in WI.
Cindy and “Clipper” ( D litter ) ran great and even picked up another Double Q #6 and then this past weekend picked up Double Q #7 & 8 !!!! with placements ( ran perfect all weekend ) and now has over 400 MACH pts !!!!!
Cindy and “Maggie” ( B Litter ) also ran beautifully at the agility trials and showed her niece ( Clipper ) a few pointers or two. Maggie picked up Double Q #5 and then this past weekend, picked up Double Q #6 with a placement towards her PACH title and over 260 PACH pts now………..
Takoda and I had our debut at this set of agility trials in Denver – back to the drawing board as they say. I am sure glad she is not intimidated by the course/obstacles and had a grand time. Takoda did get certified for tracking while we were down there. We have now sent off our entry for the ARC National Tracking event. Cindy and I also got in some tracking time with Athena,Clipper and cousin Zara. Takoda was also able to get her first leg toward her RN. We showed great in conformation when we were able to make the ring time. It is always a challenge to be in the performance ring and the “beauty ring” on the same day.
Athena and I finished off our OAJ title at these Denver agility trials and managed to get our first OA leg and FAST Novice leg. By the end of the trial, we were starting to “click”. Athena and I also finished our RA title.
